Our standard program runs for three months, providing a comprehensive approach to wellness. We require an initial payment upon signing the agreement, which is non-refundable. This payment secures your booking and covers preparatory work. The remaining payments are also non-refundable once made, as they correspond to the time, resources, and commitment involved in delivering the program. This policy ensures we can deliver a high-quality experience without disruptions.

We provide regular progress reports that include participation rates, fitness and health improvements, and feedback from participants. These reports help you understand the impact of the program and make any necessary adjustments. Additionally, employees have access to our wellness platform, where they can track their own progress and access resources.

Yes, we offer virtual options for all our workshops, fitness sessions, and consultations. This allows employees to participate regardless of their location, making the program accessible to both in-office and remote workers. Yes, a valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.

Spa appointments are available Tuesday through Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Phone lines are open seven days a week for scheduling and inquiries. All appointments require a reservation. No walk ins available.

No. Gratuity and premium date fees are not included. A 15% gratuity based on the full service value is required and appreciated for your therapist’s time and care.

A $25 premium date fee per person applies to all prepaid certificates on Fridays, weekends, and holidays. This helps ensure our most requested times and therapists remain available to serve you at the highest standard.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for individual appointments and 7 days’ notice for groups of three or more.
Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service amount or forfeiture of prepaid vouchers.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. If you’re running behind, please give us a call or text. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will still end as scheduled to respect the next guest’s appointment.

Majesty Day Spa welcomes guests of all ages to enjoy the royal experience. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when receiving a massage or facial.

Majesty Day Spa offers metered street parking or valet service for just $5 for your convenience.

A 20% gratuity is recommended for all spa services; however, a minimum of 15% will automatically be added to every service. This service charge is distributed to the staff members who serve you during your visit. Additional gratuities are always appreciated and may be added at checkout upon request.
